Our company has dealt with the fastener market for more than 60 years.
Today, Piscetta family third-generation leads the company that is specializes in manufacturing turned self-locking nuts and bearing nuts also according to special customer requirements. Our factory covers more than 7000 m2 on a 17000 m2 parcel: production department is 4000 m2 wide and the warehouse covers the remaining 3000 m2.
Production
We own a complete range of machine tools divided into automatic machines dedicated to big lots and numeric control machines suitable for medium and small lots and also for those items produced according to special customer requirements.
- 21 Gildemeister multi-spindle e 13 one-spindle automatic machine tools for turning up to 80 mm bar diameter and 85 mm bar hexagon, dedicated to y lots.
- 6 numeric control machine tools for turning bars up to 80 mm diameter and pieces up to 180 mm, dedicated to medium and small lots and special products according to customer requirements.
- 37 automatic threading machines.
- 15 automatic milling machines and 4 numeric control milling machines as well as an horizontal machining centre for slots machining on nuts and bearing nuts.
- 6 presses with automatic feeding, for nylon ring assembly.
Logistics
Our large warehouse for end products covers more than 3000 m2, 40% of covered area, and is managed by an efficient picking software to quickly satisfy customer requests also with a high product variety.
